What do you use other than slider for a campaign announcement?

In a discount campaign, simply adding this campaign to the slider is not enough.

For those who log in directly from organic traffic from a category, or most of my users who do not log in from the home page cannot see my active promotion campaigns. I cannot do anything about this except emails and notifications.

What would you suggest for effective campaign promotions on the website like this?
