SEO, AdWords, affiliates, advertising, and promotions
Hello,
I sell print on demand products on my store.
I get few visitors every week but I haven't made any sales - not even with the black Friday.
It's really depressing and I don't even know what the problem is. Are my products too expensive?
I don't know if posting links is allowed here but I would appreciate it if someone could check if my prices are reasonable.

I'm a little new with this myself! Learning all the kinks and tricks certainly takes time and patience through trial and error. I personally don't think your products are overpriced, they seem pretty reasonable. I would say keep doing what you're doing, keep creating merch, and try to share your shop on your socials if you have any to family and friends! People want to know that shops are legit and trustworthy, so they most likely buy and browse from bigger shops that already have lots of good reviews, which is just how it goes. The fact that you already have people eyeing your shop is really good, that's where it all starts, it just takes some time! Don't despair! Just keep going, YOU GOT THIS!

Hello @TinaPrintMart ,
I am so sorry to hear that! I have gone through your website, and I have found some details that you may wanna improve!
Pricing
I think pricing is your biggest concern. I found that your price is indeed relatively high, and some tops are as expensive as some designers. So before your brand image is established, it's kinda hard to sell high - priced products. However, I think it's not the major issue that you have got low sales. I am gonna give you some suggestions based on your current situation!
Web Design
Firstly, your catalog is not specific enough. You should categorize your products, such as men's shoes, women's tops, accessories, etc. So if you followed the above emissions, it will not be really clear, and consumers will not have the patience to go page by page to find the product they want.
Secondly, I didn't see any popups when I first entered your website! Collecting customers' contact information is really crucial when running your store. You can use some marketing tools to do some popups, and ask the new visitors to fill in their email address and reward them with some coupons. Once you store your customers' or visitors' contact information, you can use a marketing strategy to improve your retention rate! Such as email marketing, marketing automation, or even sending them some questionnaires to comment on your products, then you can figure out the real reason why they didn't purchase your product.
Thirdly, I fully recommend you to add more navigations in the green box, such as "serach", "language swith". It would be really convenient for new visitors to shop on your website. So online stores are totally different from brick-and-mortar stores. The advantage of online stores is that people could save more time, and the con is some customers think their shopping experience is poor! Just try to make your website clearer and more convenient, so that people will be willing to shop on your website!
Marketing
The last thing you should care about is marketing. Once you get enough traffic, then how to turn the new visitors into your loyal customers? I think you need a pro to help you! QuickCEP is all you need! We help you build your customer data platform, do marketing automation, and we also support online chat bots. And if you sign up now, we will reward you 10,000 emails, and a one-year free edition!
So, here are all my suggestions. Hopefully, it answered your concerns. I would be glad to help you if you have further questions!
