Why is my Facebook business verification request stuck on loading?

Hey,

I've recently started my dropshipping store with a friend and so, not more than a week ago, I signed up for Facebook for business in order to advertise there (Im also advertising in Tiktok now). The problem is that when you start, it asks for verification, for my ID and a photo. I submitted these files and now it says the request is uncomplete, therefore I can't advertise because Im restricted "Until I complete my verification request". The real issue is that it gets stuck loading forever when I press "continue request", you can see what I mean in this video that even though it's in spanish, you can literally see what I just said. Thanks in advance, tell me pls what I should do next cuz I have emailed several some facebook support emails (they are not responding).

Hello @Talgat,

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

Facebook's customer support can be slow to respond or unresponsive at times, so I can understand your frustration.

Meanwhile here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.

1. Sometimes clearing your browser cache and cookies can resolve issues with loading pages or submitting forms. Try clearing your cache and cookies and then attempting the verification process again.

2. It's possible that the issue is related to your browser or device. Try using a different browser or device to complete the verification process and see if that resolves the issue.

3. Get help from Facebook experts through other channels. Try to connect with Facebook experts and seek help on other platforms like Facebook Groups and other Facebook forums.

4. While Facebook and TikTok are popular advertising platforms, there are many other advertising channels available. Consider exploring other channels like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or influencer marketing to reach your target audience.

Unfortunately, resolving issues with Facebook's advertising platform can take time. Keep checking back on your verification request and continue to explore alternative advertising channels in the meantime.

I hope this helps and good luck with your dropshipping store!
