Why is my payment still pending after customer received their order?

Hi everyone,

hope you are enjoying your day,

this account was created for a project for a political campaign that we were assigned etc. I didn’t expect to make a sale but I did and sent it out to them and the customer reached out to me with him wearing our merch so he certainly got it. He order this on the twenty seventh of august and it is not the 12th of September and the payment is still pending. He didn’t pay using PayPal so I am very confused why it is still pending. If anyone at all can help me find out the problem as to why I am not receiving payment it would be much appreciated.
