h2 automatically focused

Hi guys,

I found this issue which can be reproduced on both PC and mobile versions: I have a saved address. 

When I try to checkout, this <h2> "step-section-primary-header" seems to be automatically focused (as you can see in the screenshot, the state is right after loading without clicking anything by the user), which is optically disturbing.

Whenever you refresh this page, the issue can also be reproduced..
