How can I access third-party calculated shipping rates after switching to annual billing?

Looking for some help with adding 3rd party shipping rates to my shopify store. 

Apparently, when you have  switched to annual billing you can get access to Third-Party Calculated Shipping Rates.   I would like to make this switch.

How does someone get access to this after making the switch?

Hi @SF23,

Once you have switched to the annual plan, you need to contact the Shopify support to enable carrier-calculated shipping in your store.
