How can I translate my website into more than two languages?

I have a problem with translations.
I use shopify translate & adapt. It's great, except that I already translated 2 languages (EN & FR) and now I want to translate GR as well and I can't because it only offers 2 languages. What can I do? I tried with another translation software and it's much more complicated because it doesn't show me the translations (I want some translations to be personalized).
I looked to pay with them and couldn't find any details... so I'm disappointed that I can't use the same application (even with money).
