How to change text direction in Translate and Adapt for English/Arabic site?

Hello trying to use translate and adapt to make a english/arabic site. we have chosen to manually translate everything but even in the translate and adapt app i cannot seem to get text to Copy and paste or type in right to left direction. can someone help me?

We need to manually translate and create po file for each language

Yes but the system does not allow me to write ltr or place bullet points on the right.
