How to deposit international sales to a bank account without incurring fees

Hello. My store sells in the US & Canada. We have a Canadian bank account. When we make a USA sale and it gets deposited into our bank account, we are hit with a 5% fee to convert currencies.

Does anyone have experience with this issue? With figuring out a way to avoid this fee from happening? 

One possible solution: Organize it so Shopify deposits Canadian sales into a Canadian bank account and American sales into an American bank account. Does anyone know if that is possible?
