You can quickly achieve both of your requirements using Shopify Markets. You can refer to his help article: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets

Using our app Nabu for Google shopping, you can enable multicurrency, allowing you to sell your products in the local currency. We also support Shopify Markets; you can have different prices based on customer locations.
