Translate and Adapt and Infinite Options par ShopPad

Hi,

First, thank you for this app.

We use a third party app to add options to our products : Infinite Options par ShopPad Inc (https://apps.shopify.com/custom-options). We can't find a way to translate this app. The app support say "I'm afraid Infinite Options don't have any integration with the Translate and Adapt app, so we cannot guarantee its compatibility. What our app uses is the line item properties (your options) and if the app can translate these properties, then the options can possibly be translated. We suggest checking these with the support team of Translate and Adapt for assistance and confirmation."

What are our options now? (unfortunately we could not do without this application). They also say that Weglot app can be used to translate Infinite Options but we are afraid that it will mess with Translate and Adapte. And also we don't want 2 app for translation.

Hi @Lsf - thanks for trying out Translate & Adapt and the interest. If Infinite Options uses Shopify's native product options then it should work, but I'm guessing you can't see them in the Translate & Adapt interface? Can you try exporting the CSV and let me know they're there? (Settings > Languages > Export). Thanks

Hey @Lsf - a good place to start would be by exporting your languages CSV - head to Settings > Languages > Export. Look for the content there; if it's there (I'm guessing it would be a PRODUCT_OPTION or a METAFIELD) then it can be translated. Let me know and we'll go from there. Cheers, Rich

No it's not there. We already translate everything in the export..
