Cart, search, user icon vanished

Hey,

I have recently set up my shopify store using the wookie theme. I recently noticed that the add to cart icon, search icon and sign up/login tab have disappeared from the navigation. The link is still there if you hover towards the right hand side of the navigation menu but the tabs don't show. Also you can see the cart bubble if you add any product to the cart.

I am also facing a similar issue on the mobile version of the theme where the menu does not show at all along with the cart icon. I would really appreciate if someone could help me out.
