Account number is invalid

Hi Gurus out there, i need help.

I set up my account back i n 2018. Now i need to use it but simply cant even start the payment part.

I've tried ample of tries. My bank is Singapore OCBC current account.

I have filled in all details required including uen, address and nric. 

But no matter how i try it won't work. I am using Google chrome Version 81.0.4044.138, have cleared my cache and tried on 3 different computers. Thank you.
