Add a payment gateway

Hi, I want to add another payment method. Both Third-Party providers and alternative payments are unavailable to my country (Israel). I have a link to the payment page for my customers, I just need a button on my website to send the customer to that page. Please help me in how to do that.

Nick here from Shopify. 

Just to confirm, it is only possible to have one active payment gateway and then PayPal active on your store. Can you elaborate on what you mean a little when you say:

You can see all the available payment gateways which you can use in Israel here. There are many more than two payment gateways available in Israel also.
