Can I cancel a Shopify payment I didn't use?

Hey, i used the 3 days free triales months ago but now i saw that i have to pay 36 euros for my shopify store even tough i wasnt using it, is it possible to cancel this payment or i have to waste 36 euros ? Pls answer quickly
