Can I get a refund for accidental Shopify billing?

Hello Spotify Team, 

 

Today I opens my bank account and was caught off guard to see a Shopify billing that went off and toak half my money. 

 

I tried Shopify for three months and had no success with it. I intended to cancel it but mistiak the date. 

 

Can anyone please assist me in getting a refund. Thank you. The charge went off today.
