Capture Payment VIA API

Hi,

I have my store that is set to authorize transactions only. After a fraud review we would like to capture payment via the api. 

It seems from what I was researching that I can only do this via the web interface? 

Is there a way so we can capture only after it passes our fraud review?

What payment gateway are you using?

We are using Shopify payment gateway.

You can Change to capture method using below.

It is under - Settings - Payments

We've already enabled manual capture. We just wanted to capture via an API after the order passes fraud review.
