My checkout doesn't seem to be working as I get the "Checkout unavailable due to technical problems" error.
I don't have password protection on my site, but I recently switched to a Basic Shopify Plan, maybe 2 hours ago. Just wondering whether it takes a while for the new plan to kick in and that's why I'm receiving the error?

Once you've selected the Basic plan, assuming you have also activated a payment gateway, we'd definitely expect you to be able to begin using your checkout right away.
Because what you're describing is preventing you from accepting orders, I'm going to recommend contacting our support team via our Help Center for the most speedy solution. To do so, you'll click here, log in to your store, enter a topic into the search field, and choose Get support.
