Currency Selector is not showing even though it is enabled in theme

I've been trying to enable currency selector function. I was told by the Theme Support to:

1.) Shopify Admin
2.) Settings
3.) Payment Providers
4.) Under the 'Shopify Payments' section at the top, click Manage and double-check the enabled currrencies.

But when I visit payment providers, there is no Shopify Payment option as I am located in a country where it is unavailable. How do I enable the currency selector? 

Just as a note: the theme I am currently using, Envy, has multiple currency support. The problem seems to stem from the Shopify end rather than the theme end.
