Customer cant pay there orders with any of the payment options

I just had a friend order on my  new site (first customer), but none of the payment options are working. Please HELP!

My friend couldn't use any payments. She tried on chrome and on safari with apple pay and credit card.

Then on firefox the payment worked with a credit card.

After her order I did not get any notification from my supplier that they have received the order and will begin shipping. I am so confused and it's kind of frustrating to not be able to talk to someone from Shopify who can walk you th

Somehow when I tried on safari it worked.

Don't know what happened with her order.
