Customer don't choose their relay points

Hi, 

As they're no other way than adding the relay point choose at the very end of the Shopify funnel, many of my customer tend to leave the page without even choosing it, which cause several problem with Sendcloud (switching in relay point to domestic shipping). How can i fix that ?

I have the very same question. Shopify's integration of Mondial Relay is completely broken and they don't seem to care.

There's some kind of a cultural gap, here : they really don't get the importance of this kind of delivery method.
