Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey Guys
First time poster here, I have recently had customers from the UK and France both email me telling me that they can't purchase via our site, even though I have the shipping zones set up for both.
Below is from the customer that showed up in Shopify when they tried to order.
Thoughts on why this would be occurring?
Hey there, @tribeaustralia
Bo here from Shopify Support!
Thank you for reaching out regarding this. When it comes to cases such as these it is always a good idea to reach out to the customer and find out the specifics of their order. This will help you to determine what exactly is going wrong. You can go to Orders > Abandoned Checkouts to see if they have wound up there but if not I would recommend reaching out to find out what they were buying and where they were shipping to. Once you have that information, try to replicate the issue. Go through the checkout process as if you were them to see if the same issue occurs. If it does, it is likely to do with one of the products. Perhaps they are not listed in the General Shipping rates, etc. Could you please send me a link to the products your customers were trying to check out with?
Thank you,
Bo
