Customers unable to find credit card fields

We're receiving multiple calls every day from people who are in the checkout system and can't figure out where to enter their credit card details.

We have "Credit card" and "PayPal" activated.

"Credit Card" is the default option, and is pre-selected on the "Payment" screen during checkout.

After studying the checkout page, we're wondering why Shopify has chosen to not make the fields for "Card number" etc. stand out more.

Does anyone else have this issue?
