They emailed me and I emailed them back, that was 3 years ago and no one has ever gotten back to me. I've tried to use the email that they sent me several times. Did you ever get in contact with them?

Thank you Don! They finally replied after 3 years? I am not sure why it would take so long to get back to me but, I did receive a reply though it is very vague. It would be good to get in touch with the decision makers so that the merchants can piece together why they were eligible for 4 loans that were paid back in full, and then suddenly ineligible especially when you are doing better than you were when you got the first loan. It is just puzzling and then when no one gets back to you (until after 3 years and multiple times contacting shopify) after emailing and saying reply to this email, it is very disappointing to the merchants. Hope you understand and thanks again for your reply.
