Does Shopify Payments accept Romanian companies without a local TIN?

Hello,

I'd like to verify that Shopify Payments accept Romanian companies with non-local representative/director. When I check other countries, it seems like a TIN is required (e.g. if I try to apply Shopify Payments with a Dutch company, I'm required to fill in a BSN when I insert my personal details). When I apply Shopify Payments with a Romanian company, I just need to fill in my details without being asked about my TIN there. I obviously don't have a TIN in Romania (I'm a resident of another country, where Shopify Payments is not supported, unfortunately), that's why I'm asking.
