the notification checkbox mentioned here (see screenshot) is randomly pre-checked or pre-unchecked on orders. We haven't been able to identify a pattern of when either of these is the case. We always have e-mail addresses on file...
How does it work? It would be nice to know.
Not having to examine this checkbox every time, but just understanding the logic and knowing in advance from the context of the order, if the box has to be checked manually, would make processing orders somewhat smoother.
I got same issue.
One of my client wants the checkbox to be pre-checked always.
Currently, it's always pre-unchecked.
But I don't know where to change the default settings.
