Give pick up location access to general stock

Hi 

I want my clients to chose between shipping to their address and different pickup locations. I have one physical stock, with all my products, but I plan on driving to my bar in another city one time per week so I could bring those people their orders on that location. Would I be able to give this location "access" to my general stock? 

I have researched this topic a bit, and the only solution I found was adding products to this second location. But in my scenario this is really annoying and would become chaotic, as their is only one stock for two locations. 

Does anyone know a solution for my problem? I would be really greatful :). Thanks!

I'm interested to know if you found a solution. We do have two locations and allow pick up on both. But we would be interested in offer the once a week system, like you do in a third location. We would need to to have orders for this one pulled from one of our locations only.
