Is anyone else having this issue? There is a glitch of some sort and it will not let me change my payment bank account. I am putting in the correct old bank account information however it continues to tell me "I need to put in the correct bank information that Shopify has on file". If this is not fixed I will keep having payments sent to the wrong bank. There is also no way to contact anyone about issues such as this through support or help center and there is also no information on how to deal with this problem. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Does anyone have any recommendations?
