Pretty new to shopify and the forums....
We currently use Sage as our payment gateway. If I need to to refund a customer, I need to click on 'restock' see below, it allows me to refund the goods but not the carriage charge the customer has paid? it means i have to go into sage to do the refund. Problem them it's not Shopify and doesnt get through to Xero and nothing matches up. Anyone know how i can do the refund including the shipping?
any ideas? Shopify say its Sage's fault, Sage say its Shopifys problem 😞
