How can I adjust shipping profiles for different product sizes?

Hello

I am looking for advice on how to properly organise my shipping profiles. I sell painting kits and if a customer buys 1 or 2 kits at the same time this order is a 'large letter' size, however if a customer orders 3 or more kits this order then becomes a 'small parcel' size - however due to the weight of the order they are only being charged for a 'large letter'. Please can I ask if there is a way to set the size of the products so customers are charged the correct amount? I use Royal Mail to ship my orders.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi @PaigeAnderson,

 

I guess this mismatch is happening when customers are ordering from two or more shipping profiles. Are you also seeing combined rates at the checkout?
