How can I claim a Canada Post label refund purchased through an online platform?

I purchased a label through shopify for Canada post. The package was never delivered so I opened a claim with Canada Post. They investigated and said a cheque was going to be mailed. Since the label was purchased through shopify, the refund went to you guys not me even though I purchased the label. How do I get my refund.
