How can I correct my shipping estimate on Google Shopping via Merchant Centre?

Hello,

 

My shipping estimated arrival time that shows on Google shopping is currently incorrect, merchant centre won’t let me edit this as it’s linked to shopify, but I can’t find this arrival time anywhere. I tried simply removing the shipping estimate on Merchant centre altogether, but then all products were disapproved. It’s frustrating as we offer next day, but it is currently showing delivered by 25/04 (10 days) It maybe just taking my longest estimated arrival dates that are for international shipments.

 

Can anyone please help?

Pause the one created by Shopify, and create your own shipping settings. That is the correct way forward.

 

Yes, removing all shipping rates, will get your products disapproved, you must always add your shipping rates.

I can’t see any radio button to pause.

You may need someone to look in your account. For example get in touch with Google Support. However I think you may just get the settings documentation. But I guess there is an issue within in your account.

From what I can see in my GMC Next accounts, there is a simply pause radio button, when you click on it.
