Hi, @AwsZidan!

Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

I understand that you are looking to turn off your checkout and have your customers reach out directly to you instead. This will be possible by completing three steps. First, you will need to hide your buy buttons so that your customers won't be able to add your products to the cart. This will ensure that no one will be able to check out. You can follow the steps here:

  1. From your Shopify Admin, head over to Online Store and locate the theme you would like to edit, then click Customize.
  2. Once you're in the editor, click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page that says Home page, and select Products
  3. On the left hand side of your product page, you will see a section called Buy Buttons, and you can either hide or remove it completely.
  4. Once you're done editing, be sure to press Save

Secondly, you will want to set up a page on your storefront that allows customers to reach out to you. This is also known as a Contact us page but you can call the page what you would like. On this page, you would let your customers know what type of information to leave in the message. For instance, full name, address, phone number, and a full list of products that they would like to purchase. You can follow this guide to accomplish this.

Lastly, once you receive the order information from your customers, you can then create a draft order and send them an invoice via email. Once you do so, they will be able to complete the payment directly through Shopify. Here is a guide that will walk you through making draft orders.
