How can I request a duplicate bill for payment?

In order to give you helpful advice, are you able to tell me more about the bill you're trying to pay? For example, is this your monthly Shopify subscription bill or are you speaking about a different bill? What happened when you tried to pay the bill?

You can pay outstanding Shopify bills within your Shopify admin by going to Settings > Billing. From here, locate the bill you need to pay in your billing history, and click Pay bill.
