How can I resolve a hold on my payments without business registration documents?

HI

I HAD REMOVED BRANDED OR TRADEMARK PRODUCTS FROM MY STORE.

THEY ARE ASKING ME TO SUBMIT DETAILS TO UNHOLD MY SHOPIFY PAYMENTS.

FIRST OF ALL I DON'T HAVE AUTHORIZATION, SUPPLIER INVOICE, I HAVE ALREADY UPLOADED MY GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID I DON'T HAVE BUSINESS REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS CAUSE I AM WORKING FROM HOME.

AND I HAVE CONTACTED MY SUPPLIER AND HE SAID THAT I DON'T NEED AN AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PRODUCTS I SELL ANYONE CAN SELL THEM WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

 

PLEASE HELP ME
