Hi @Rayan123,


Thank you for sharing that screenshot with us. This error message can display for a number of reasons. Please first check the following product settings:


  • The product must be listed as a physical product
  • The product must have assigned weights for weight-based rates, manual or calculated
  • The product must have inventory above zero unless the "Continue selling when out of stock" option is enabled

You'll also want to make sure you have valid shipping rates set up for the shipping profile the product is assigned to, and those rates apply to country or region the address you are using is in. You'll also want to ensure that the location the products are stocked in has online orders enabled.
