How can I resolve UPS return address verification issues?

2 0 0

I never had this problem before. Have shipped hundreds of UPS packages but today I'm getting the hardest time ever to get my shipping label. It is constantly asking to "Verify UPS® return address". It is showing the old location which is nowhere present on our shopify account (I've checked it hundreds times in shipping profiles and locations section to just confirm). So, when I enter new address, I get a notification that it wasn't able to verify the address and to "contact support". I emailed to the email given for support and received a ticket but it is such a bad customer service that I can't just pick up the phone or live chat with someone at Shopify to fix this issue. Wasted so many hours trying to fix this as the order is very important and huge one. Help! Rant over.

Hey, @Real_Madura! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I'm glad to learn that you've already reached out to our support team. Since this is an account-specific concern, the best course of action is to create a support ticket so we can access your account and investigate the issue. While we work to get back to you via email as soon as possible, if you prefer to speak to a support advisor over the phone or live chat, you can opt to connect with us via those channels by creating a support ticket at

After you visit the link and log in, you'll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team. Simply type in the topic, click Search then scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Continue under Get Support. You'll then see the option to create a support ticket on the next page.

Since this is the next step I've marked this reply as the solution for the benefit of others who may discover this topic. Thanks!
