Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders

I recently bought something from Amazon that was faulty. The supplier sent a replacement item on a Next day delivery and said to us to return the faulty item within 30 days or we would get charged for the item. How can we set that up in our Shopify store and how would it interact with an ERP system (Orderwise) and Gorgias?
