Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Some of you may know or like me didn't know till today that come September part 2 of Brexit shipping comes into force. I know UPS are going to send an email out explaining this second of three parts to shipping changes. On talking to my UPS rep I was stressed to find out that we need to add HS codes or parcels will be sent back. Not a problem. But we will also need to give the receivers VAT number if they have one. Or again UPS will return the parcel. So my question is, can we add a box in the address line to ask for customers VAT number or can someone think of another way that doesn't mean sending loads of emails out?
