How long to receive a refund processed online?

Good morning, I bought something online and was unhappy with the product and after emailing the company they agreed to a partial refund. They have stayed they have refunded me via Shopify. They have sent proof that they submitted a refund on 20th March 2023 however I still have not received this. 

 

Can you please advise on this?

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. In this case, if you did not receive a refund to your account on that date, I would suggest speaking to your bank or credit card company about the situation. They will have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
 
With that being said, If you suspect that this online store is operating on the Shopify platform and is violating our Terms of Service and/or our Acceptable Use Policy you can file a report with the merchant here
