Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
My Shopify plan billing failed due to insufficient funds in my bank account, it says that they will try again in 2 days. I'm expecting to get some money into my bank in the next week or two. So just wondering how many times they try the billing until they freeze or do something to the account. Will they just keep retrying every 2 days until I can pay the bill ?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your question here. I understand you're inquiring about how often a billing attempt occurs.
I would like to advise that if you missed paying your Shopify subscription bill or if a payment fails eight times, then your store is frozen until you settle your bill with Shopify. Your store doesn't freeze until your bill's due date. If your store is frozen, then you can't access your Shopify admin and customers can't view your store.
