How to activate two-step authentication successfully?

Hi I need help, I’m trying to activate my two step authentication but can’t seem to get past it, I press the button but it leads me right to where I just was, I don’t know exactly how to go from there but I need help anyone know where I can proceed or if I am possibly missing something ?

As @Moeed has mentioned, clearing your cache and cookies may help with local browser issues. I'd like to share some additional local troubleshooting methods below.

• Try using the Shopify Mobile app.
• Using a different browser.
• Try an incognito or private window.
