How to resolve issues connecting MyFatoorah with my store?

I've opened a new MyFatoorah Account and when i'm trying to connect it to the store through the New App, it keeps telling me that something went wrong and i'm not sure what's missing

I actually figured it out, the company itself does not allow connecting online payments to individual accounts. I must have a licensed company to proceed with online payments. Is there a way around this considering that the store is located in Jordan.
