I am trying to get Ideal payment enabled for my store. Shopify support not responding !

I am trying to get ideal payment  enabled for my store. The option is enabled by default as per my country. There is a message stating i had to give my Company registration number to shopify support to have it actually enabled. I have done that.

Its been more than 9 days , i followed up constantly but its not enabled.

Has anybody had the same experience ??

What can i do?
