I have fulfilled orders that have been fulfilled and they have not shown up in banking deposits

When I run the transaction report from the payout reports, I can tell which orders have been paid for each bank deposit.

However, I notice there are many orders From several weeks ago that do not show up on this transaction report.   So my deposits 

that hit my banking account do not match the total sales....   Is there anyway to see if an order has been transacted and been deposited into my account?
