Is entering DE000000 as the registernummer correct?

Hallo Zusammen, die Eingabe einer Registernummer & eines Registeramtes ist erforderlich um Zahlungsmethoden abzuwickeln. Wir sind eine GBR und somit nicht im Handelsregister. Ich hatte in Beiträgen von 2019 gelesen, dass man einfach bei Registernummer die DE000000 eingeben soll & das nächstgelegene Registeramt auswählen soll. Ist dieses korrekt? Hat jemand Erfahrungen?

Hi Andrew, thanks for your support - english is fine! I was wondering: We have a COMM, meaning we do not have a register number & not a register office. I read in posts from 2019, that we should just fill in DE00000 for the register number and just choose any office near us. Is that correct? Thanks for your support. Best, Svenja

If you don't have a registered number, you could indeed use a placeholder like DE00000 but I'm not sure if the verification will go through. In which case, we will need to collect proof from you that you don't have that number, so it would be better if you contact support directly about this.
