Our site is now 3 years old, we were using stripe and are satisfied. However, we are particularly dissatisfied with Paypal:

  • Commissions too high
  • No response from customer service
  • Complaints systematically resolved in favour of the customer
  • ...

We are wondering if we should remove this payment method?
