Is it possible to change shipping times based on whether the item is out of stock?

In the case that an item i'm selling is out of stock, and i've allowed items that are out of stock to be sold, can the shopping times be changed automatically to reflect this?

For example, if I order ITEM A while it's in stock, the shipping is 2 days. However, if I order ITEM A when the item is out of stock the shipping is 5 days.
