Is Menalvin a scam and how can it be reported?

Menalvin is a scam. It's been months and they haven't sent anything. They also won't respond to my messages. I tried to contact Shopify support but they have not responded to me. Someone needs to shut this store down before they steal more money from people.

For context, Shopify is an ecommerce platform that many businesses use to create and manage their online store. We don't run the businesses themselves, which means that we don't deal with the business' daily operations on our end. Because of this, typically buyers will need to speak with the store directly for any issues regarding their order.

 

In saying this, I can understand how disappointing it is to not have received your order after waiting a long time for it. If you believe that the store is acting in bad faith and against our Acceptable Use Policy, then buyers are welcome to report the store via our Help Center here. Once we receive the report, the appropriate internal team will investigate the store and take any actions, where necessary.

 

Due to security and privacy reasons, our team can't provide buyers with the outcome of our investigation — so if you've filled in the report on your end, you won't be receiving a follow-up from our team about this. If you're looking for a solution to potentially help with your funds however, the best way forward is to contact your bank or card provider. Most banks have built-in security measures to protect you as a buyer, and they will be able to provide you with the appropriate next steps.
