Is store registration required for selling products internationally?

Hi Im based in Germany and I have already created my store on shopify and have uploaded some products. However I have not registered at the local registry. Although I don't want to sell my products in Germany so do I have to register my store or it will lead to a legal problem if I don't register ?

And I'd also like to know how shall I proceed if it is possible to continue without registration.
